• Postage is free on orders £125 and over.
• Pre-Corona this was delivery usually up to 2 weeks, please allow extra time & check the tracking.
• You pay the price with VAT (EU countries).

USA Customers:

• £12.00 flat rate with Royal Mail, now with tracking!
• Postage is free on orders £170 and over.
• Pre-Corona this was delivery usually taking 2-4 weeks, please allow extra time & check the tracking.
• You pay the price without VAT.

International Customers outside UK & Europe:

• £9.00 flat rate with Royal Mail, now with tracking!
• Postage is free on orders £170 and over.

Combined Orders:

Kiva is a worldwide project specialising in microfinancing small businesses and individuals who are locked out of accessing business aid from mainstream banks and organisations. Microfinancing gives people an opportunity to begin businesses, or grow them and a number are textiles based. Arts based loans will be our major interest.

• USA, Scandinavia, Italy - 12th December
• Rest of Europe - 16th December
• Ireland, France - 18th December
• UK- 21st December

Orders are tracked. Once your order has left the studio, you'll be emailed a tracking number. Unfortunately we do not have any other information of the whereabouts of your order than what the tracking number tells us.

Countess Ablaze shall close for the festive period from December 23rd to January 12th to allow us time for a good rest and so that we are prepared for the end-of-Brexit transiston arrangements.
