Yarn : The English Gentleman Fingering Countess Ablaze

I have so much excitement for this yarn, so much excitement! The English Gentleman DK is one of my most popular yarn bases. It already comes in aran too but I have been pestering the mill for a couple of years now to make this fabulous blend of Bluefaced Leicester and Masham into a fingering weight.

When they got in touch to say "coo-eee, look what we've got!" ANGELS SANG. My life as a dyer is now complete. IT IS HERE. It is everything and more. This is truly my desert island yarn.

The English Gentleman Fingering IS HERE! Obviously for amusement value, I cannot and will not change that fingering for 4ply in the name; it's already given many of you a good laugh on my Instagram feed.

I hope you'll enjoy this yarn just as much as I do. I definitely need a sweater in this. Plus about six hats, matching scarves and maybe gloves too.
